Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

If any amount from Customers' end will be credited to our company by any mistake (confirmed by customer). Then customers need to wait 72 hours to get the refund.

In case of Cancellation customers need to wait 72 hours to get the refund.

In case of Return of damage/defective product customers need to wait 10 days after the return initiated from the customer's end to get the refund.

Return Policy:

If a Product's defect/damage is determined at the time of Installation, replacement will be provided within 10 days after the return initiated from the customer's end of the same product at no additional cost. But in that case, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the NEOGI brand's authorized personnel or ti is determined as delivery damage.

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product

If no defect/damage is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to contact our Brand's Head Office to resolve any subsequent issues.

Cancellation Policy:

The customer can choose to cancel an order at any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it's out for delivery.

In case of any cancellation from the customer after the product is out for delivery/under transit, a refund will be initiated without the delivery charges.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

NTR reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. NTR also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation of from time to time.
