PRESENTATION OF SHE AWARD TO NTR PVT. LTD.

Neogi Technologies and Research Pvt. Ltd. have been declared Winner of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Award in Small Scale Sector for this year organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (ER). The Award Distribution Function was held on 8th August, 2018 in ITC, Sonar, Kolkata. Mr. Sayan Das, Mr. Abhisek Ghosh and Mr. Subhojit Neogi were present to take the award on behalf of Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. After the award distribution session, there was a Video presentation by CII (ER) on best practices in Manufacturing Sector. The programme was very interesting and responsive.

MSME CONCLAVE BY GOVT. OF WEST BENGAL

Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. was invited to share its experiences about Lean Manufacturing Cluster in the 2nd Day session of MSME Conclave organized by the Department of MSME, Govt. of West Bengal at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre at New Town, Kolkata. Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, ,Director, Neogi Technologies And Research (P) Ltd, gave a lucid deliberation on Lean Manufacturing Techniques and its importance in work place and business. He shared his vast knowledge and practical experience in Lean Techniques in MSME through PPP which inspired the entrepreneurs present in the Conclave. He also mentioned that Neogi Technologies And Research (P) Ltd is a winner of “National Award 2014“– 1st Prize, in Lean Manufacturing Technique ( M S M E). Mr. Ajoy Bandopadhyay, Director, DIC – MSME, Government of India, Prof. Sidhartha Das of IIT, Khagrapur also talked on Lean Manufacturing Techniques.

Dr. Amit Mitra, ,Hon’ble Minister ,Department of Finance and MSME& Textiles, Govt. of West Bengal along with Mr. Alapan Bandyopadhyay, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of MSME & Textiles, Govt. of West Bengal, Mr. Vijoy Bharati, IAS, Director, Department of MSME & Textiles, Govt. of West Bengal, Mr. Rajiva Sinha, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health ,Government of West Bengal were present in the session.

Dr. Amit Mitra in his concluding speech said the State Government is focused on the betterment of MSMEs. He added that with innovations in strategy the State Government is counting on MSMEs to become the driver of spectacular growth of the state and a steady and sustainable source of jobs for millions of young men and women.
