Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt Ltd

Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director, Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. joined Manufacturing Excellence, 2018 in Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata on 26th September, 2018 organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (ER). NTR Pvt. Ltd. sponsored this programme as Corporate Contributors. There was a stall of NTR Pvt. Ltd. in the seminar room wherein a no. of products of NTR Pvt. Ltd. was displayed.

In the inaugural session, Mr. Anil Vaswani welcomed all present in the meeting. The other dignitaries present were Mr. Masayuki Taga, Consul General, Japan, Mr. Ananda Sen of Tata Steel, Mr. Yatish Kumar of Braithwaite India Ltd. and Mr. A B Lall of Tata Motors Limited, Jamshedpur. Mr. A B Lall in his concluding address spoke on the scope of future Manufacturing Excellence.

There was further two Technical Sessions on Digital Manufacturing and Productivity & Quality Evolution where a no. of eminent speakers from different notable industries was present in the panel discussion. Mr. Neogi was accompanied by Mr. T K Sen, Mr. Sayan Das and Mr. Abhisek Ghosh. The programme was highly participative and interesting too.

Mr. Sayan Das and Mr. Avisek Ghosh of Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. participated in a Training Programme on 5S, Kaizen and Visual Control organized by TSD on 8th September, 2018 at Pipul Tree Hotel, Rajarhat, Kolkata. Mr. Takashi Sagae San was the faculty for the programme. There were about fifty participants in the session. Mr. Takashi in his initial address told about the implications of all these tools for the development and sustenance of the business. In his PPT presentation, Mr. Takashi told about the different case studies for 5S, Kaizen and Visual Control in some industries and also mentioned about the benefits achieved by them. Following his presentation some exercises were given to the participants. The workshop was highly interesting.
