Quality Council of India organized Industry Awareness Programme on Financial support to MSE s in ZED Certification Scheme in association with Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. on 13th December, 2017 in the Conference Room of NTR Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Samir Kumar Neogi, Managing Director, Mr.Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director NTR Pvt. Ltd. were present in the session. Mr. Sameer Parasar and Mr. Ravi Kant Kumar, Project Associate (ZED) was present on behalf of Quality Council of India. Mr.Parasar in his presentation explained about the implication about ZED in the progress of MSME units in India. He also highlighted the trifling issues which are costing a huge loss for the MSME entrepreneurs thus making it difficult for its sustenance. NTR Pvt. Ltd. has already applied for ZED and shared its knowledge in this regard to all the forty entrepreneurs present in the session. QCI registered 20 new entrepreneurs for ZED certification in the awareness programme.

Mr.Santanu Mitra, Additional Development Commissioner, O/o MSME, New Delhi chaired an Interactive Session with representatives from different industries, industry associations, Govt. officials, NGO s, artisans etc. on 1st December, 2017 at the Conference Hall of MSME-DI, Kolkata. Mr. Vijay Bharti, IAS, Director, M&SSE, Govt. of West Bengal was also present in the sessions. Mr.Bharti steered the meeting in a very commanding way and made the session fruitful in all respects. Mr.PinakiChakraborty and Mr.TarunSen of NTR Pvt. Ltd. were present in the session. The points about inclusion of NTR products in MSME list of procurement was strongly placed on the table. The long and interactive session covered a wide range of subjects like Lean Manufacturing Cluster, ZED, GST, Training of Apprentices and Delayed Payment by the PSU s etc. NTR Pvt. Ltd. expressed their viewpoints very strongly in the meeting and also declared to exchange their views regarding Lean Manufacturing Cluster, ZED etc. if asked for.
