13TH ANNUAL PROGRAMME OF NEOGI GROUP OF COMPANIES

13th Annual Programme of Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd., The South Point, Green View Energy and DhruvaPadaNeogi Charitable Trust was held on 30th December, 2017 in the factory premises. Mr.DhruvapadaNeogi, the mentor of Neogi Group, Mr. Samir Kumar Neogi, Managing Director, Mr.Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director, Mr.Sanjib Kumar Neogi, Director, Mr.SukantaNeogi, Director, NTR Pvt. Ltd. were present in the programme. Mr.DhruvapadaNeogi in his address highlighted the culture of the organization and stressed to develop the same. Mr. Samir Kumar Neogi in his address advised to work on minimizing the gap of misunderstanding amongst the employees. Mr.Sandip Kumar Neogi gave thanks to all present in the programme and requested to keep up the spirit for the best interest of the organization. Mr. C R Maitra, the consultant in his address told about the uniqueness of NTR Pvt. Ltd. in its business area.

The family members of the employees took part in the cultural programme which made the gathering very bright and lively. After the cultural programme, there was presentation of award for the employees who excelled in their respective work places. The programme ended with a Quiz Contest wherein all the participants took part with great enthusiasm. The day ended with a happy note.

NTR PVT. LTD. PARTICIPATION IN DISCUSSION SESSION BY INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT

Mr.Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director, Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. along with other officials of the company joined “A Discussion Session on ESR and MSME- An Agenda for Inclusive Growth”on 13th January, 2018 in the campus of Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. The discussion concentrated on the contribution made by the MSME sector in Indian economy which is in other be termed as the social responsibility of the MSME units. The corporate house is compelled to spend a percentage of its budget for CSR activity while MSME units are exempted in this regard. All the panellists were of the opinion that MSME units are contributing more than any corporate house but as because they are not documented, the social responsibilities performed by the MSME units are not highlighted. It was suggested that the MSME units should take care of this area.
