Neogi Technologies And Research Pvt. Ltd. participated in Modular Leadership Training Programme on “Achieving Operational Excellence”, Module-II – Daily Work Management organized by CII on 16th& 17th June, 2016 at Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence For Leadership. ShriSayan Das and ShriAbhisekGhosh were present in the session on behalf of NTR Pvt. Ltd. In the programme, the scheduling of routine work, preparation of daily management work chart, review of different standards as laid down by the organization time to time, role , responsibility, accountability of key performers etc. were discussed at length. Mr.Snehil Kumar, the TQM counsellor was the faculty who in a very lucid manner elaborated each and every aspect of the points. The two day session was very interesting and interactive.

Neogi Technologies And Research Pvt. Ltd. observed World Environment Day on 5th June, 2016. As a mark of this programme, the company took the programme of plantation of several trees in the locality in association with the local clubs. The company also took up the planning of doing a no. of awareness seminars, quiz contest etc. in association with the local clubs and social organizations. Programme of Plantation of several plants in the locality were also taken up by the company within last few months and the process will continue in the coming rainy season also. The company also plans to reduce the usage of paper by 10% in the coming days and consequently the usage of computer will be enhanced. More nos. of awareness programme in this regard will also be organized.
