Controller and Head of Office IPO-Kolkata, Mr. Samaresh Chakraborty, Sr. Advocate, High Court Kolkata, Mr. Subhojit Roy, Partner, Victor Moses & Co., Solicitors & Advocates, Mr. Debanjan Chakraborty, Senior Examiner of Trade Marks, Mr. Anjan Sen Patent & Trade Mark Attorney, Ms. Simran Kaur Legal Associate, Dr. Anirban Mazumder, Professor law, WBNUJS.

Mr. Mitadru Mukherjee and Mr. Subhajit Nath of NTR Pvt. Ltd. joined the workshop. The programme was very interesting and highly interactive.

Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director, Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. attended the CII National MSME Council Meeting held at CII Headquarters, New Delhi through Video Conference from CII (ER) Kolkata Office. Mr. Ram Mohan Mishra, IAS, Special Secretary & Development Commissioner, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, Mr. Shreekant Somany, Chairman, CII National MSME Council and others were present in the meeting. Mr. Somany in his opening remarks shared his view about the present economic condition. Ms. Bidisha Ganguly, CII Chief Economist made a presentation about the state of economic condition in India and also about the implications of Union Budget 2020-21 with respect to MSME units. She also discussed on the problems of MSME and suggested for the opportunity for improvement. Mr. Ram Mohan Mishra, IAS interacted with the members. Dr. K Keshav Rao, Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee on Industry also interacted with the members. Mr. Tarun Kr. Sen on behalf of NTR Pvt. Ltd. drew the attention of Dr. Rao regarding 1) High Cost of Product Certification and 2) Status of ZED Certification. Dr. Rao requested to send the issues/suggestions to National Council for appropriate action.

Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd. organized its 1st Award Distribution Ceremony on 29th February, 2020 at Hotel Hindustan International. Mr. Prabhat Kumar Mishra, IAS, Secretary, Dept. of Environment, Govt. of West Bengal was the Chief Guest in the programme. Mr. Mishra in his address mentioned about the importance of E waste and its implication for the environment of the society. Mr. Nandan Mall, Founder CEO, Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd. also spoke in the session. Mr. Mitadru Mukherjee of NTR Pvt. Ltd. joined the programme.
