EEPCINDIA and CII jointly organized a Capacity Building Session on “Emerging Opportunities from Trade Agreements – Industry Perspective" on 22nd June, 2023 at ITC Sonar, Kolkata. The session provideds knowledge, valuable insights and information about doing Export & Import and Specific Challenges from Foreign Trade Agreement Utilization and Market Access. A few points were also discussed on Issues on Tariffs, Rod Certification, and Trade facilitation, Regulatory issues in FTAs: SPS and TBT, Cost of compliance and conformity assessment, Sustainability issues and Market Access issues and opportunities arising from Trade in Services.
