Training Programme organized by NTR Pvt. Ltd
Neogi Technologies and Research Pvt. Ltd. organized training programme for the students of Provash Roy ITI Amtala in two batches. These students are undergoing the course of Fitters in the institute. Batch 1 consisting of 10 nos. of students took their training from 31st May, 2023 to 1st June, 2023 while Batch 2 consisting of 8 nos. of students were imparted training on 7th and 8th June, 2023.
In both the sessions, there was Introduction Round which was addressed by Mr. Sayan Das and Mr. Avisek Ghosh. Both Mr. Sayan Das and Mr. Avisek Ghosh started the session mentioning the detail of the company along with the description of the different products manufactured by Neogi Technologies and Research Pvt. Ltd.
Thereafter, Mr. Susital Mishra gave his deliberations on Lean Technique and ISO certification. He also told about the theory of Tolerance and Theory of Jigs and Fixtures. Finally there was On job Training on Flow Meter Assembly, Pump Unit Assembly and Manual Nozzle assembly under the supervision of Mr. Sayan Das and Mr. Avisek Ghosh. Training was also given on Autonomous Maintenance of Lathe Machine and welding.
